My name is Dan Smith. I’m 26 years old. I have a trucking company with three trucks that build oil pads for the oil companies in North Dakota.

What does globalization means to you?

I think globalization is good because it keeps people connected. It’s sharing information a lot easier. Goods get transported a lot faster and more safe. And also you can track where your stuff’s at.

What worries you?

What do I worry about? Man, not much.

What’s your favorite food.

Pizza’s hard to beat, but a good hamburger is what I like the best.

What makes you happy?

Oh just the ability to control my own destiny, and make decisions based on what goes around me. And it’s my choice.

What do you expect for the future?

Oh I just hope to be able to pay the bills and keep expanding a little bit. Keep the two employees I have happy, and progress in that way.

Which country would you like to visit?

Oh, Australia, just because I haven’t been there yet.
