Welcome to my home. This is a colonial-style house typical of Cajamarca. Come inside and have a look.

This is our bedroom. This is where we sleep.

This is where I help my daughters do their homework. And do arts and crafts.

In Cajamarca, it is quite normal for the living room and bedroom to be in one room together. It’s very common.

In the afternoons, my daughters do their homework in here. I supervise them.

Let’s see how Media and Anita are doing.

“Very good, you’re doing a great job.”

This is a collection of things from when my children were small, a history of our house and family.

I keep this collection because I like to look at it and remember.

This cupboard here is where they keep all their things: jewellery, hairbrushes and everything they need.

We women are always a little vain of course.

My mother gave me this mirror a few years ago. The decorations are made of bronze.

I like it a lot.

I think this balcony is very attractive.

The main street here is part of Cajamarca’s historical center.

I love to sit here because then I can watch all the tourists and all the other people.

So that was my house. I’m very happy that you came to visit us. See you soon.
